Meet The Team!

Throughout my entire life, I was interested in cooking. At first, as a hobby, but as I grew older, the power that food has on a person's state of health began to draw my attention.
After finishing school, inspired by some medical relatives, I decided to pursue a career in Medicine. But once at the University, I came across a newsletter about Nutrition. At that moment, I remembered that my interest was always there. So I decided to start Nutrition and Gastronomy at the same time. That way, I could combine my two passions, cooking and health.
I am convinced that diet, along with other healthy habits, is a fundamental pillar in a person's state of health. Eating a healthy diet does not have to be boring, you can eat delicious and varied food, without neglecting your health. Likewise, through diet we can prevent many health problems. That is why I also have a specialization in Pediatric Nutrition, which is where I believe that work should be done on learning healthy habits to prevent diseases, and I am also a Functional Nutritionist, where we work in a personalized way on a person's diet, taking into account physical, emotional, social aspects, etc., so that the diet adapts to each person's routine and thus we can reach an optimal state of health.
I love meeting new people, working together and accompanying them in the process of searching for a better state of health. It gives me great satisfaction to see how with small changes we can obtain excellent results, and for that it is important that you are accompanied, that you are listened to and motivated. That's why I'm here! - Alejandra

Since I was a kid, I’ve had a natural drive to help others, thriving in chaotic environments and shining when things got tough. Sports, fishing in Texas, and being competitive in games like Halo defined my childhood, but beneath it all, I felt like I was dissolving a little more each year. Two things always fascinated me: human behavior and severe weather. Maybe my obsession with behavior stemmed from my own traumas—I wanted to understand why people, including myself, think the way they do. And I’ve always found peace in chaos, like in a crazy storm. But as I grew older, my mental health deteriorated, and after my stepfather’s death, I spiraled.
The more I understood human psychology the more lost and afraid I became. There were certain questions I was unable to make sense of. Why was I struggling in areas most people didn’t? Why did moments of brilliance come with moments of confusion or brain fog? Why was my day littered with moments of helplessness and dread? Diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar depression, I questioned when I’d be able to just start living. For years, I felt misunderstood, lost in unresolved trauma, insecurity, and fear, with no one really able to guide me. I turned to food and alcohol as coping mechanisms, running from responsibility and losing everything in the process.
But losing everything turned out to be a blessing. I realized I had the power to change my life—to go radical. I transformed not just my body but my entire mindset. Today, two years later, I’ve lost 90 pounds of fat, moved to Argentina, and run ultra-marathons while coaching others on mental health and weight loss.
What I’ve learned is that obesity, like many struggles, stems from a lack of control—fear of letting go, fear of hard work, or fear of the unknown. Many of us get so comfortable in the darkness that we’d rather suffer there than face the unknown. I created this company to help men regain control of their lives, to break free from fear and self-doubt.
And I absolutely love what I do because it aligns perfectly with my lifelong passions for psychology and human behavior. I’ve spent years dissecting and refining strategies, preparing myself to help men who feel trapped by insecurity, anxiety, and self-doubt. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling. I understand the depths of fear and hopelessness, and I use that understanding to guide men through their struggles. I thrive on seeing them win, conquer their demons, and ultimately reclaim their lives.
I believe 100% in my ability to help others. After 37 years of pain and unraveling my purpose, I’ve discovered my God-given talent to help men overcome mental hurdles, lose weight, and transform their lives. I stand up for men, challenge the status quo, and offer a safe community where they can grow. If you’re ready to lose weight, take control, and start kicking ass, you’ve come to the right place. You won’t find a more real, raw, and empathetic ally. So, what are you waiting for?
